At Kia Mena Montessori Pre-School, we provide a nurturing environment for children aged 2 to 5, where each child’s unique potential is celebrated and encouraged. Our privately run pre-school is dedicated to offering an exceptional early years education that lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning.

Founded in 1994 by Sharon Hudson, we have been situated in the Pavilion in the grounds of Beckenham Sports club since 2001. The old cricket pavilion is a lovely tranquil setting that caters for every child’s needs. Our spacious facilities include two large rooms, a covered outdoor play area for use in all weathers and a secure, grassy space for children to explore and play freely.

We believe in providing a warm, family-like atmosphere for all our children guided by the inspiring principles of Dr. Maria Montessori, who believed that children thrive when allowed to grow naturally in physical, intellectual, and social aspects. By carefully presenting the right activities at the appropriate developmental stages, our long serving, dedicated team helps unlock every child’s potential in an environment that fosters independence and creativity.
