Hello, I wanted to say a huge thank you to Lisa and Emily for supporting Florence in making the transition to preschool. It’s been such a challenge for her and one that she seems to finally be accepting. I’m so incredibly proud that she hasn’t cried this week!

Receiving Bertie bear has filled her with happiness this afternoon and I wanted to email to say thank you for recognising my daughter’s sensitive and anxious nature but also working with her to support her so well. 

I couldn’t ask for a better environment for her preschool. You are both working wonders with her and we are so grateful. 

Thank you, a million times over, for taking such care of our gorgeous girl.
